Server Settings
Configure how NoteCat records, transcribes, and appears in your server
Open the dashboard, select your server, and click Settings to configure how NoteCat behaves in that server.
Recording
Recording Visibility - The default visibility for new recordings: Channel, Private, or Public. Learn more
Auto-Record (Premium) - Automatically start recording when someone joins a voice channel. Learn more
Transcript Only Mode - Skip audio recording and only save transcripts.
During a Recording
Live Transcript in Discord - Show or hide the live transcript updates NoteCat posts while recording.
Pin Active Transcript to the Bottom - Repost the live transcript at the bottom of the channel whenever someone sends a message, so it stays in view.
Join/Leave Sounds in Recordings - Mix Discord-style join and leave sounds into new recordings. Unavailable while Transcript Only Mode is enabled.
Disable "Recording in Progress" Sound - Stop the audio cue that plays when someone joins an active recording.
Auto-Kick Opted-Out Users - During active recordings, disconnect opted-out members from the channel being recorded. Requires the bot to have the Move Members permission.

Remove Filler Words (Pro) - Clean up filler words in new transcripts.
Custom Vocabulary (Pro) - Vocabulary hints and text replacements to improve transcription accuracy. Learn more
Recording Stats - Show or hide the Stats tab on recordings. Learn more
AI & Summaries
AI Summaries - Generate titles and summaries for new recordings.
Custom Summary Prompt (Premium) - Customize how summaries are written. Learn more
The Bot
Bot Recording (Premium) - Record and transcribe other bots in voice channels.
Custom Bot Icon and Name (Pro) - Personalize how the bot appears in your server. Learn more
